Temporary rules

Not sure what this says about British guts.... or lack of wisdom in playing golf during a time of war! Either way it's interesting to note that it was probably this spirit that helped get Britain through the bad times! For those not familiar with the layout of England, Richmond would have been rather close to the heavy bombing that was going on at the time of the 'Blitz'.
